Shipping varies depending on where in the world you are ordering. Please see the below shipping methods, times and prices to know when you can expect your order.

European Union
£12—4-7 working days — Royal Mail International Tracked

Norway & Switzerland
£20 —4-7 working days — Royal Mail International Tracked

US & Canada

Rest of the World
£20 —4-7 working days — Royal Mail International Tracked

International orders

International shipments outside of the UK may be held by your local customs authority for additional time to be assessed for duty fees or sales tax. Please keep hold of your tracking information, you will be notified by the courier whether your items are being held.

US orders

A single order valued at US$800 or above will result in a custom duty. Customers are responsible for US duties, taxes and fees that may be due under US law. Please refer to the US Tariff Act of 1930 (“Section 321”) for more information.

Common Question’s

How do I track my parcel?

When your order is shipped you will receive an email with your consignment number and a link to track the status of your parcel.

Will I be charged tax or duty?

UK VAT (sales tax) is applied to orders dispatched to the UK. For international orders the recipient is responsible for all import duties, tax and administration charges that maybe applied by your local customs. 

Can I change my delivery address?

Not a problem if you contact us before the item is shipped. Once the item is shipped it is difficult for us to re-arrange delivery but in either instance please contact us and we will see what we can do.

How do I know if my order has been shipped?

You will receive a dispatch confirmation via email to confirm your goods have been shipped, which will also contain a tracking link.

Can I have my order delivered to another address than my billing address?

Yes, you can select a separate delivery address from your billing address in the checkout.

Sale orders

We strive to offer the best and fastest possible service and dispatch goods on working days. During sale periods and public holidays, please expect some delays in shipping orders. Your order may take up to 5 working days longer than our usual shipping times.

Returns

Orders placed on expt.store are eligible for return within 14 days of receipt. The item must be unused, in its original packaging with tags, and in unaltered condition. We do not offer exchanges.

Returns by mail

Returns by mail are the responsibility of the customer and we cannot accept responsibility for items that are damaged or lost in transit. For that reason we recommend using a service with tracking and for higher priced returns we recommend using an insured service with tracking.
